Drivers traveling near Kent, Washington, should prepare for temporary traffic restrictions from November 9 through November 17, 2026. The work will affect several locations along Kent-Black Diamond Road SE and SE 292nd Street.
Construction crews will perform utility-location work in preparation for a future road safety improvement project. The work is scheduled for weekdays between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Intermittent single-lane traffic restrictions will be implemented at the following locations:
- SE 292nd Street at 161st Place SE

Drivers are encouraged to plan ahead, allow extra travel time, follow flagger instructions, and use caution when approaching work zones.
The construction schedule is weather-dependent and may change due to unfavorable weather conditions or the availability of crews and equipment.
