Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of allseattle.org (“AllSeattle”, the “Site”), operated by City Space Media LLC, a Washington limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By using the Site, creating an account, posting content or buying a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who can use the Site

Anyone may browse the Site. To create an account, post listings, submit content or buy services you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you act for a business, you confirm that you may bind that business to these Terms.

2. Your account

Give accurate information and keep it current. Keep your password private — you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once at AllSeattle.info@gmail.com if you think your account was used without permission. You can delete your account at any time in your account settings.

3. Listings and content you post

You may post car listings, job listings, business information, news tips, contest entries and other content (“Your Content”). You are responsible for Your Content and confirm that:

• it is accurate, current and lawful, and describes a real offer, vacancy or business;
• you own it or have every right and permission needed to post it, including for photos, logos and text;
• it does not infringe anyone’s rights, mislead, discriminate, harass, or contain spam, malware or adult content.

You keep ownership of Your Content. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, adapt (for example, resize photos) and promote it on the Site and in our channels for as long as it is on the Site and for a reasonable time after it is removed.

New listings and businesses are reviewed before they go live. We may refuse, edit for format, or remove any content that breaks these Terms or the law, or that we reasonably find inappropriate. Free listings stay up for 30 days and may be renewed; a private account may have up to 15 live or pending listings at a time. We may change these limits.

4. Things you must not do

• Post false, fraudulent or duplicate listings, or impersonate any person or business.
• Use the Site to send spam, collect other users’ data, or contact users for purposes unrelated to their listing.
• Interfere with the Site, try to get around its security, or use bots or scrapers without our written permission.
• Manipulate contest votes, for example with fake or multiple email addresses.

5. Business directory and packages

Business owners may list a business for free and may buy a paid package (Standard, Luxury or Premium) with the features described on the Advertising page. Package features apply only while the package is paid and active.

6. Paid packages and banner places

Billing. Business packages and banner places are billed monthly in US dollars through Stripe, our payment provider. We do not see or store your card details. Applicable sales tax is calculated from your billing address and added to the price.

Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically every month and your card is charged the same amount (plus applicable tax) until you cancel. Before you pay, the price and the monthly renewal are shown and you confirm them.

Cancelling. You can cancel any time in your account (“Manage billing”) or by writing to AllSeattle.info@gmail.com. Cancelling stops future charges; your package or banner place stays active until the end of the month already paid, then ends.

Refunds. Payments are not refunded for a partial month. If we cannot accept a banner you paid for, we will contact you to agree on a replacement; if we cannot agree, we refund that month.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and emails you. If it still fails, the package or banner place ends.

Price changes. We will email you at least 30 days before a price change for an active subscription. You can cancel before it takes effect.

Receipts. Stripe emails a receipt for every payment; you can also download them in “Manage billing”.

Banner materials. Banners must meet the size and content rules shown when you upload them. We may refuse or remove a banner that is unlawful, misleading or infringes the rights of others.

7. Signed agreements

If you have a separate written agreement with City Space Media LLC for a listing or advertising, that agreement governs those services, and these Terms apply to everything it does not cover.

8. No guaranteed results

We work to bring visitors to the Site, but we do not guarantee any number of views, clicks, calls, leads, sales or other business results from a listing, package or banner.

9. Contests

Contest rules are published on each contest page. Votes are confirmed by email; one vote per email address per contest. We may disqualify entries or cancel votes that break the rules or appear to be fraudulent.

10. Third parties

Listings, ads and links on the Site may lead to third-party websites and businesses. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or services. Any deal you make with another user or business is between you and them.

11. Our intellectual property

The Site’s design, software, text written by us, logos and other materials belong to City Space Media LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, sell or reuse them without our written permission, except for normal personal use of the Site.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors, and we are not responsible for content posted by users or advertisers. To the fullest extent allowed by law, City Space Media LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Temporary downtime caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control is not a breach of these Terms.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account, or remove content, if these Terms are broken or if needed to protect users or the Site. You may stop using the Site and delete your account at any time; paid subscriptions follow the cancellation rules in section 6.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects an active paid subscription, we will email you in advance. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. We will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion; if that fails, the dispute may be brought before a state or federal court located in the State of Washington.
